We have crashed at some very unique places as of late, in attempts to avoid a chilly slumber in a frosty RV. Our first night we slept in the same room as a crow out in Portland's countryside, next on Washington's Bainbridge Island in a mod, outdoor education dorm, and then last night in a revamped old high school.
I am amazed at how willing people are to let all four of us stay with them and how hospitable they are. We have been more than taken care of where ever we go.
The Northwest is a gorgeous place and I have found the cold to be very invigorating. Seattle gave me a sense of excitement, perhaps it was the goose bumps I experienced as a result of the low temperatures. It was good to have a day off to rest, we took things slow and ate some good food. Back down to Newburg, OR tonight for a show at George Fox University with our friends Just Lions.
